Kitchen Rewire

We recently carried out a full kitchen rewire for a brand new kitchen in Ettrick Valley, Selkirk.

The customer required new socket positions, extract fans, double oven power supplies, under-cupboard lighting, as well as supplies for wine chillers and a range of integrated white goods.

Working with our team of joiners and plasterers we successfully completed this job and assumed all-trades responsibility to make it somewhat easier for our customer. We even organised the painter.

As the kitchen was being moved from an adjacent room, we opted for brand new cabling straight from the consumer unit, which we also upgraded and now includes RCD protection.

Our electrical installations team have established strong relationships with some of the UK’s most recognisable brands such as MK. We only install the very best electrical accessories which offer a long service life. For electrical accessories such as sockets and switches we use MK every time. For EV chargers we choose ABB, the worlds oldest electrical manufacturer. As well as the kitchen rewire, this customer asked us to undertake several other electrical changes and were very happy with the results.
